Fall is a season full of inspiration, and we love to see some of the fabulous ideas that people have dreamed up to impress holiday guests! Traditional foods arranged into shapes that are often associated with the fall season will be sure to please at any Thanksgiving get-together. 'Fa la la la' Finger Foods for Holiday Gatherings and Parties

Tis the season to wow holiday guests with fabulous finger foods and tantalizing treats! Whether sweet or savory, miniature finger foods are even more appetizing when themed with the season. Fashion your finger food into Christmas tree shapes, Santa hats and jolly snowmen. 

A cheese cube Christmas tree will help hold holiday guests off until the Christmas meal is served. Get the kiddies to eat their vegetables by disguising them in a crescent roll veggie tree or avocado slice Christmas tree! Mozzarella, basil and tomato Caprese kabobs bring in the colors of the season for a festive holiday hors d'oeuvre. Some of these adorable delicacies may look too cute to eat, but I'm sure you'll manage! Olive and cream cheese penguins and smiling powdered doughnut snowmen will have party guests oohing and aahing. 

What would the holiday season be without some sweet treats? Serve Christmas tree topped cupcakes, fashioned from upside down ice cream cones covered in frosting. Strawberry Santa hat mini brownies will look precious on your cookie tray next to twisted sugar cookie candy canes! Don't forget to try candy cane cupcake shooters and serve hot cocoa cups garnished with dainty doughnut holes to end the night. 12 Days of Weddings - 11 Pipers Piping Wedding Inspiration Board

Thank you for joining us for the eleventh edition of our 12 Days of Weddings blog series.  We've had so much fun bringing you holiday wedding inspiration for each of the 12 Days of Christmas.  It's hard to believe we only have one more inspiration board left.

12 Days of Weddings - 9 Ladies Dancing Wedding Inspiration Board

We are down to the 9th installment of our 12 Days of Weddings, where we are showcasing holiday inspiration for each of the 12 Days of Christmas.  For this romantic take on 9 Ladies Dancing, we've pulled inspiration from the wonderful world of ballet and added a Christmas twist.

When you combine the beautiful lines of the ballet with the romantic nature of weddings, you are bound to have created an enchanting affair full of feminine details and beautiful accents.  Add in some deep shades of red and sparkling gold for a holiday twist that feels rich and lavish.

12 Days of Weddings - 7 Swans a Swimming Wedding Inspiration Board

We've really outdone ourselves this week...going across the big pond for a little French influence.  Inspired by the 7th chapter in our 12 Days of Weddings, where we are presenting our favorite winter wedding inspiration for each of the 12 Days of Christmas.  This 7 swans a swimming inspiration board oozes romance combining romantic feathery accents with soft shades of French blue, pink, and gold.

The Swan Lake influences married together with the French provincial styling work flawlessly together, don't you think?

There is nothing more romantic than the combination of glittery silver and gold.  There is just something about this sparkling combination that evokes a feeling of sophistication, richness, and class.  And when combined with the candlelight glow at your reception, the sparkle of these two colors will look downright magical.

On the third day of Christmas my true love gave to me... 12 Days of Weddings...A Partridge in a Pear Tree

It is just starting into the fall season here.  The air is crisp and the nights beckon for a warm cup of apple cider.  It's around this time of year that I begin to think of the coming holiday season and long for the sounds Bing Crosby to fill the room.  Since it is way too early to start playing Christmas music (and doing so might send people running for the nearest exit), I will just have to live vicariously through all of you. (cue sly chuckle...hee hee hee)
